Had an awesome group vacation with friends! We visited the NEC and the Genting Arena, easy to get to from the hotel. Loved the kids' menu and breakfast experience. a real hit for our group! Just be prepared for extra parking fees and slightly higher bar prices. a great stay!

The only downside was one of the elevators not working, which made getting around a bit frustrating during busy times.

We had a wonderful stay with our boys, enjoying the spacious Executive King Family Room and a hearty breakfast that fueled us for the day. The indoor pool and sauna were fantastic spots for relaxing after a busy day. Just a heads up, the lift in area C was a bit spotty, but it didn’t really take away from our fun! 😊

The pool area is impressive, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Noisy neighbors were disruptive during my stay. The location offers easy access to a golf course nearby. I expected more from the staff regarding service efficiency.
