The whole hotel was fairly clean and the stuff was efficient. I had breakfast in the lounge area. The location was brilliant, within easy walking distance of Lg Arena. There where a shopping centre and supermarkets around the venue. Totally really enjoyable stay of one night.

We felt very comfortable overall. Rooms, food, staff, everything was fine.
No supermarket nearby, so you had to buy expensive drinks in the hotel.

Breakfast good and varied.
At the reception we got a wrong room on card, checked it again. No free WLAN! Is it still possible today? Free only for Honors Members! Ventilation in the room was very loud, impossible at night. . .

Location
My Room was horrible, and very dated, The bathroom was stinking !! I would have asked to change rooms but I was to tired as I arrived late . I took pictures to show my wife and she could not believe it. She suggested that I dont stay there any more. I make a lot of trips to Birmingham every year and this was the first time I used the hilton. Needless to say I wont be using the hilton again

Very good room price, but everything else is so expensive. You even charge for parking. My wife and I and our guests were given rooms equipped for disabled people, even though none of us were disabled. Ask someone who is 6ft 3in to use the basins in the bathroom. Try using the shower without hitting yourself on the metal fittings. The bed was like a rock. Contrary to popular belief, hard beds are not good for people with bad backs. My wife and I both suffer with our backs and we did not sleep well. I stayed at the Hilton Wembley for over a year without any of these problems. Talk to your guests.

The location to the Gentinck Arena and the airport is of course ingenious.
The wind whistled through the closed window. TV picture was bad. WLAN only for a fee, but free WLAN is now a standard at most hotels. Breakfast is too expensive, too.

Very convenient for the nec. Good leisure facilities
Was offered opportunity to upgrade to Executive Suite prior to stay but on arrival was advised no availability. We had to cut our stay short by a day - although I had prepaid and the rate was non refundable I was disappointed that there was no comment or token recompense.
